It pays to have a buddy by your side in times of need, especially someone who sincerely gets you. Luckily for this anxious rescue dog, he already has a friend he can always rely on when the going gets tough. Now, their adorable relationship is melting the hearts of the internet.
From the day Jessica Grider adopted the rescue dogs, Clark and Remy, the two had been an inseparable pair. They would always hang out together wherever they went and supported each other through ups and downs. Jessica had always found their relationship adorable as the two pups actually had very different personalities.
You see, while Clark was outgoing and bubbly, Remy was more reserved and timid. He also struggled with anxiety triggers and always needed constant support to calm him down. Thankfully, Clark was always there to reassure Remy that everything was okay.
Jessica would often catch Clark help his fur brother overcome his anxieties before. But it was only recently that the fur mom actually caught the moment on camera.
That day, Jessica had moved into a new home with her pups, and unexpectedly, it came with an unusual new trigger for the anxious Remy. There was a particular part of the house where the floorboards were a bit different from each other. And the transition from one room to next made the poor pooch nervous.
Jessica tried to cheer Remy on to cross the doorway, but no amount of coaxing could make the pup move. Fortunately, Clark came to the rescue and reassured his brother that the entrance was nothing to be scared of. Within moments, Remy was moving to the other room with ease.
The fur mom decided to share this heartwarming clip on Reddit, where it immediately attracted almost 26,000 upvotes from fellow dog lovers. Although this won’t be Remy’s last time to need assurance, Jessica wasn’t worried as long as Clark was around. Watch the duo’s heart-melting viral clip here.
